Brahmi (Centella asiatica)

This herb also goes by the common name "Bhrami" (like the herb in my previous post) but you'll notice the "h" is in a different place. Weird!

Hooray for Plants!

I recently got an incredibly fun side gig doing botanical drawings for a company that specializes in Ayurvedic medicine. All of their herbs are grown in the Himalayas in Dharamsala, India. Below: Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) and Bahera (Terminalia bellirica). Mmm!

Still musing over mushrooms and native fauna, but that's especially easy to do after a great weekend outside. I think I regret doing this one on toned paper, so will probably abandon and go back to something plain without those pesky fibers.
